All portraits are 100% hand-drawn by me (not AI or digital works here), graphite on Canson 200gm paper (or other brands if Canson is not in stock), and unframed.

From start to finish, you will be provided with daily progress photos. Photos of work in progress are provided at each stage of the process.You can watch your portrait come to life. 
 
Communication through (my website) message, email, or other means (social media messenger, Whatsapp, Skype, etc.) will be necessary throughout the portrait process. Any changes, suggestions, or requests need to be stated (when the reference photo is provided, it is preferred) as soon as possible. It is easier to make changes in the beginning stages, but nearly impossible when the work is complete.
 
Once a size is chosen and a photograph is provided (a high quality photo must be provided), then work begins. Photos of work in progress are provided at each stage of the process. After completion of the portrait, I will send an image of the final result. Once it is approved and a shipping address is provided, your portrait will be carefully packed and shipped. For free standard shipping, you will be provided a tracking number, so you can keep track of it. 
 
Each portrait is treated with a fixative; this is to prevent or minimize smudges, smears, or medium transfer.
 
For shipping purposes, the correct shipping address and phone number must be provided at the time of purchase. Shipping information can be submitted with the reference photo using the contact form (the contact form has an upload button for submitting photos) or the agreed-upon communications platform. After shipping, I have no control over shipping delays. I ship all items with a tracking number (this is one reason a phone number must be provided for shipping purposes). Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may be applied. I have no control over customs delays.
 
Portrait Cancelations and returns: Cancelations are accepted on Portraits. If the Portrait has been started, 50% of the purchase price is none refundable. 
Items made to a customer's specific specifications are not eligible for refunds. Portraits are a custom made item. If a Portrait is damaged in shipping, contact me through the contact page.
